## Token Efficiency — CRITICAL

**NEVER use the Agent tool.** It wastes tokens by opening a second context window.
- Use `Grep` for all code/text searches
- Use `Glob` for file searches
- Use `Read` for reading files
- Use `Bash` only for shell commands that dedicated tools cannot handle

No exceptions. Direct tools only.
