Aaron Donald's Los Angeles Rams contract features some serious incentives worth up to an additional $10 million.

Aaron Donald re-joined the Los Angeles Rams this past weekend, signing a one-year, $20 million contract worth up to $30 million with incentives. Spotrac recently provided a full breakdown of those incentives. Donald's $20 million contract includes $10 million guaranteed.

He will then earn $666,666 for each game he's active, up to 15 games for the additional $10 million. If Donald plays at least 15% of the Rams' regular-season snaps and the team makes the playoffs, he'll earn an addition $2.5 million. A wild card victory or first-round playoff bye will see him earn another $1.25 million — the same reward for a divisional round win.

A conference championship victory and Super Bowl title with see him earn an extra $2.5 million apiece, provided he plays at least 20% of snaps in those games. Donald, who initially retired after the Rams' 2023 season, is "fully committed" to giving his all for the franchise in 2026. "Just wanted to take my time and make the right decision because once you choose to come back, you all the way back in," Donald said.

"Can't be halfway in, got to be all the way in it. So, had to get to that point where I felt like I will feel like I'm 100% committed to playing football again because the last two years been amazing." The Rams will begin their season with a Week 1 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers in Australia on Sept. 10.
