Arsenal and Manchester City in action, FA Cup first round news and more – matchday live

Hopes of an Oxbridge double were ended as Leicester avoided a shock at sixth-tier Oxford City while Bristol Rovers beat Cambridge. Friday FA Cup first round results: Oxford City 2-4 Leicester Bristol Rovers 2-0 Cambridge “I’m annoyed we conceded two goals, it’s my job to be annoyed about that. I thought we played some really good football.

After we scored we took our foot off the gas a little bit. They’ve got a good thing going here. They had a spell and they scored from it.

It took a big group effort tonight. We scored four goals, probably could have scored a couple more, and we’re through which is the most important thing.”
