Several servicemen of Azerbaijan’s State Border Service have been awarded higher military ranks. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant decree. According to the decree, the rank of Lieutenant General was awarded to: The rank of Major General was awarded to Colonel Elfan Guliyev.
