At this time, I will turn the conference call over to Mr.
William Newton: Good morning, and thank you for joining us today. Before we comment on our second quarter results, I would like to share my perspective on the announcement that was made yesterday afternoon in our press release. After more than a decade as Concentra's Chief Executive Officer and a relationship with a company that has spanned over 30 years, I have decided effective November 1 of this year to transition from the CEO role into a new role at Concentra as its Executive Chairman of the Board.
At that time, Matt Dicanio, our President and Chief Financial Officer, will become Concentra's President and Chief Executive Officer. Bob Ortenzio, our current Chairman, will continue to serve on our Board as a Director. Many thanks to Bob for his leadership and guidance over the last 11 years, especially over the last couple of years as a public company.
