Nearly 400 people have been evacuated after a Russian strike on a warehouse near Kyiv killed at least 37 people, Ukrainian authorities have said. Videos showing the moment of a huge explosion and the plumes of smoke that followed have been shared online. The strike hit a depot storing weapons for Ukraine's military near a residential area.
An investigation into the "terrible negligence on the part of those who stored explosive right next to people" has begun, President Volodymyr Zelensky said. Ukraine correspondent Dan Johnson reports.
