The company's Q2 FY2026 results reflect this demand, with consolidated net sales rising 55% year over year (YOY) to $8.76 billion IT datacom led the way with 63% organic growth, while Amphenol increased its adjusted operating margin to 29.8%, a 4.2-percentage-point rise. The positive trend extended beyond datacom, with total orders jumping 94% YOY to $10.7 billion, pushing the book-to-bill ratio up to 1.23x.
Management has provided optimistic near-term guidance, forecasting Q3 FY2026 sales of $9.3 billion to $9.4 billion, indicating 50% to 52% growth. Adjusted diluted EPS is expected to be in the range of $1.40 to $1.42, growing 51% to 53% YOY. For the full year FY2026 ending in December, analysts project diluted EPS of $5.25, a 57.2% YOY increase.
