Edie Falco is set to lead the legal drama series “Katie Greaves,” which has been ordered to series at Fox. The show will premiere during the 2027-2028 broadcast season. The logline for the series states that it centers on the titular Greaves (Falco), who is described as “a whip-smart, fiercely committed attorney who stepped away from the New Hampshire Public Defender’s office following a devastating personal tragedy.
Now raising her two young granddaughters with her husband and trying to piece together a life she never expected, Katie is drawn back to the work that once defined her. She is repped by CAA and Entertainment 360. White has previously worked on shows like “Palm Royale” and “Presumed Innocent” at Apple TV, as well as “The Affair” at Showtime and “Sweetbitter” at Starz. He was the creator of the Netflix limited series “Halton” starring Ewan McGregor.
As a playwright, White is known for his works like “The Other Place” and “Pictures From Home.” The “Katie Greaves” pickup is the latest from Fox in recent months. The broadcaster also greenlit the live-action comedy “Mammoth,” while Stephen Fry will lead the drama “The Interrogator” for Fox next season.
