Developer Evil Empire put on a second Triple-i Initiative gaming showcase featuring announcements for Dave the Diver DLC and a Clair Obscur crossover.

While AAA games take the spotlight during Summer Game Fest and at The Game Awards, indies and solo devs get their own time to shine with the Triple-i Initiative showcase. The organization's first stream in April included the exciting reveals of Temtem: Pioneers, Prove You're Human, and Graveyard Keeper 2. The first-ever fall Triple-i Initiative stream didn't disappoint either.

It was chock-full of new game reveals, release date announcements, and a plethora of new demos that are now live. Here is everything announced during the showcase. I hope you have your wishlists open.

Among Us Story: On Guard received a Feb. 17, 2027 release date for mobile, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, and Windows PC. It's a narrative-focused adventure where you'll solve murders and suss out the imposters on a spaceship. Astral Ascent is a hack-and-slash roguelike with gorgeous pixel art.

Its new update, which is available now, brings the characters of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 into the fold, marking the 2025 GOTY winner's first crossover. And, yes, you can hug Esquie. Dave the Diver has received a few DLC packs since its 2022 launch, and even crossed over with the Yakuza/Like A Dragon series in one last year.

Its final DLC will be a crossover with Subnautica 2 as the underwater survival sim's deadly oceans and alien sea creatures head to Dave the Diver in early 2027. Hela: of Mice & Magic gets its first demo, and you can check it out on Steam. It introduces the heartwarming and cozy world the little mice live in as well as its gameplay mechanics, which can be tackled solo or in groups of up to four players.

Defend Dracula's fortress in ReVamp, the upcoming castle defense roguelike from the studio behind the Moonlighter series. It's slated for a March 25, 2027 release for Windows PC, and its first playtest is now live. It's a good time to be a fan of creepy corridors as Escape the Backrooms is getting new content this year.
