The UK's WBO super welterweight world champion Cameron (22-1, 8 KOs) faces the USA's unified WBA and WBC super welterweight world champion Mayer (22-2, 5 KOs), with all three world titles up for grabs in the 10-round contest. Cameron arrives on the back of April's unanimous decision win over Michaela Kotaskova having famously inflicted the sole career defeat on the great Katie Taylor's resume in May 2023.
Mayer last fought in October 2025 when she defeated Mary Spencer via unanimous decision on the back of successive victories over Sandy Ryan. In the chief support bout, unified WBC and WBO lightweight world champion Caroline Dubois takes on former US Olympian Amelia Moore. Three-weight world champion Terri Harper also features on the card, returning against Miranda Reyes at super welterweight.
The two world title fights between Mayer and Cameron and Dubois and Moore represent the most significant women's boxing card held in Birmingham in recent history.
