I would now like to turn the call over to Darian Niforatos, head of investor relations.

Let me start by welcoming you to Hamilton's Second Quarter 2026 Earnings Conference Call. I am pleased to report another strong quarter for Hamilton achieved against a backdrop of ongoing geopolitical tensions social and economic inflation, and an insurance and reinsurance market that remains competitive. Hamilton delivered very solid results in the second quarter with net income of $144 million equal to an annualized return on average equity of 21%.
