The film accounted for 25.47% of the weekend market, pushing its cumulative haul to $53.5 million from 7,279,373 admissions.

Madam: Bon Voyage” opened in fourth place, pulling in $827,800 from 120,982 admissions over the weekend. Directed by Lee Cheol-ha and starring Uhm Jung-hwa, Park Sung-woong, Lee Sang-yun, and Sooyoung, the comedy tracks a former secret agent turned twisted-doughnut shop owner whose family cruise turns into a hostage crisis orchestrated by international mercenaries. The film has gathered $1.3 million from 203,968 total admissions.
Anime mystery entry “Detective Conan the Movie: Fallen Angel of the Highway” was in fifth place, taking $831,509 from 116,521 admissions. Directed by Takahiro Hasui, the latest installment in the franchise tracks Conan Edogawa investigating high-speed vehicular sabotage on an expressway network. Since opening on Aug. 12, the film has earned $1.5 million from 226,028 admissions.
Since its Aug. 13 release, the title has brought in $330,430 from 47,625 admissions. Sci-fi survival thriller “Hope” was in seventh place, adding $280,866 from 38,708 admissions. Directed by Na Hong-Jin and starring Hwang Jung-min, Zo In-sung, Jung Ho-yeon, Michael Fassbender, and Alicia Vikander, the village-set alien encounter thriller has pushed its cumulative haul to $33.8 million from 4,475,560 ticket buyers.
Japanese director Tomoaki Fujino’s personal family documentary “What Should We Have Done?” took eighth place, pulling in $69,362 from 9,499 admissions over the frame to lift its total to $490,387. Faith-based animated feature “David” claimed ninth place, adding $45,188 from 6,714 admissions to bring its gross to $2 million from 298,694 total viewers. Rounding out the top ten was a re-release of the 2018 Queen musical biopic “Bohemian Rhapsody,” which drew $32,941 from 4,234 admissions over the weekend, extending its historic South Korean cumulative gross to $60.9 million from 9,954,658 tickets.
