Patriots offensive tackle Will Campbell left Sunday's game against the Raiders early with a knee injury.

New England Patriots offensive tackle Will Campbell left Sunday's game versus the Las Vegas Raiders early during the first half with a knee injury. It was originally believed Campbell would miss some time. However, Patriots coach Mike Vrabel seemed more positive about Campbell's injury status on Monday.

It's unclear if the offensive tackle has underwent his MRI yet by the time Vrabel spoke with reporters, though. The team will re-evaluate Campbell's injury by the end of the week before determining his availability for Sunday's game against the New York Jets. "We'll see how the week goes.

He'll get looked at and continue to rehab. Wasn't able to finish the game, so I don't know how much time he'll miss or if he'll be back towards the end of the week, or if he'll be back Wednesday. We'll take it day by day and see how he feels tomorrow, see how he does Wednesday." Vrabel is already considering Campbell to be "day-to-day," which is a big improvement from the reports that came out Sunday night about the OT missing weeks.

Campbell, the 2025 fourth overall pick in the draft, missed some time during his rookie season after he tore his MCL. Because of his injury history, his injury caused alarms to go off in the heads of Patriots fans on Sunday. However, it doesn't sound like this injury is anywhere near as serious as his torn MCL last year.

He did return before the Patriots' appearance in Super Bowl LX in February. Campbell received loads of criticism for his poor performance during the Super Bowl, as he gave up 14 pressures. Quarterback Drake Maye was sacked six times in the Big Game, and he endured 21 sacks during the postseason alone.
