Oasis fans have uncovered a set of cryptic clues in a promo video from the band, suggesting that they will stage gigs at Celtic Park in Glasgow next year. The Manchester rockers released the 23-second teaser on their social media accounts, showing two boys in what appears to be a Scottish chip shop. Internet sleuths spotted sets of numbers in posters around the chippy which they worked out to be the map co-ordinates for Celtic's Parkhead stadium.
It has fuelled speculation that the band will be playing at the venue next year- possibly as the first date of a new tour. It follows the Gallagher brothers' hugely successful reunion tour which saw them perform at 41 sold-out stadium shows in 14 countries. This included three dates at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh, in August 2025, when they played to 200,000 fans.
The clues hinting at a Celtic Park gig include an advert for a £55.84 family chippy bundle and a poster for radio station Sol FM 98 92. The numbers spell out the 55.849892N latitude of the stadium. There is also a sticker on the fridge saying it should be kept at -4, a poster saying the daily special is priced at £2.05 and a taxi number featuring the area code 638.
These numbers together are -4.205638W - Celtic Park's longitude. Other clues include Scots actor Robert Carlyle featuring in the video for Oasis song Little by Little which plays in the background. The chip shop fridge is filled with Irn Bru and other AG Barr brands and one of the boys handing over a Mars Bar to be deep fried - a Scottish chippy delicacy.
Fans have also posted theories about other "clues" on social media. One said the position of the two boys is similar to the positions of Noel and Liam Gallagher on the front of the Definitely Maybe album, with the fridge being in a similar position to the window.
