The hope was that things would change under Mannion this season, but so far, they've somehow gotten even worse.
Philadelphia hired Mannion after he spent the previous two seasons with the Green Bay Packers, initially as an offensive assistant before taking over as quarterbacks coach in 2025. The unusual part is how quickly he climbed the coaching ladder. Just one year before joining Green Bay's staff, Mannion was still trying to keep his playing career alive on the Seattle Seahawks' practice squad.
