The Seattle Seahawks will be without Jadarian Price for several games after he aggravated his chest injury at practice.

On Friday, the Seattle Seahawks ruled running back Jadarian Price out before their Week 4 game on Sunday at home against the Los Angeles Chargers, but the team forecasted that the issue was more serious than was telegraphed earlier in the week. During practice this week, Price aggravated a chest injury he suffered in the Seahawks' win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 2. The No., 32 pick in this year's draft leads the Seahawks in rushing with 119 yards on 28 carries.

He has four receptions for 21 yards. Per ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Seahawks placed Price on injured reserve on Saturday, keeping the running back out for at least the next four weeks. "Price now will miss a minimum of four weeks." Price was a key addition for the Seahawks in the draft after Kenneth Walker III left in the offseason and signed with the Kansas City Chiefs in free agency. Running back Zach Charbonnet is still recovering from the ACL injury he suffered in January. His practice window opened on Thursday, but he cannot play on Sunday as he is still on the PUP list.

Emanuel Wilson is the Seahawks’ second-leading rusher with 109 yards on 32 carries. George Holani has the third-most rushing yards on Seattle with 52 yards on 15 carries. The Seahawks only have one rushing touchdown through their first three games, and that touchdown belongs to tight end AJ Barner.

Seattle's running backs have yet to score on the ground this season. Price will have to wait at least four more weeks until he can score his first touchdown in the league. With Price out, it's possible Charbonnet could make his return when the Seahawks host the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5.
