Stephon Castle and San Antonio Spurs traveled to New York for Game 3 of the NBA Finals, taking the court for the first Finals game at Madison Square Garden in 27 years. After dropping both of their series-opening games in San Antonio, the Spurs bounced back with a 115-11 victory on the road. During a recent interview with GQ, Castle said he was expecting a lot more from the MSG crowd during this Game 3 clash.

Knicks fans aren't happy about this comment from Castle. "Hey Stephon Castle, trolling won’t win you the championship last season…" one wrote. "How are they STILL trying to play this nonchalant unfazed gimmick??" another asked.
"This is exactly what I would say if I was salty that I lost," another said. "So is that why you blew a 30 point lead?" another added. The Spurs will begin their 2026-27 regular-season schedule with a matchup against the Thunder on Oct. 20.
On the same day, the Knicks will face off against the Philadelphia 76ers to begin their title-defense campaign.
