The gala is considered a major stop for Oscar hopefuls. Colman Domingo will receive the Vantage Award, and John Carpenter will be presented with the Luminary Award. Swift most recently made an appearance at the MTV VMAs, where she was presented with the inaugural Artist-Director Award.
