Since his high school days as the No. 1 ranked recruit in the nation, Arch Manning has been one of the most talked-about players in football. Now as he enters his fourth collegiate season as quarterback for the Texas Longhorns, that media attention will no doubt continue at a fevered pace. Manning says he's now off social media and will remain off through the 2026 college football season, according to a report from team insider CJ Vogel.
"Arch Manning says he’s off social media and remains off of it moving forward outside of keeping up with some high school friends," Vogel reported. "Mentions anytime football comes up, he clicks “'not interested.'" In his first full season as the Longhorns' starting quarterback in 2025, Manning completed 61.4% of his pass attempts for 3,163 yards, 26 touchdowns and seven interceptions. He also rushed for 399 yards and 10 more scores on the ground.
Texas will open up its 2026 schedule with a matchup against Texas State on Sept. 5. Then, they'll host Ohio State for a highly-anticipated clash in Austin on Sept. 12.
