Eagles Linked to Browns Pro Bowl WR After Brutal Rams Loss

The Philadelphia Eagles are being linked to Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy as they struggle this season.

The Philadelphia Eagles lost to the Los Angeles Rams by a 24-20 final score in Week 4. This loss was very frustrating for the Eagles, as they blew a 10-point lead during the fourth quarter. The Eagles also now have a 2-2 record on the season, so this was certainly a tough loss for the NFC East team.

With how this season is going for the Eagles so far, it would not be surprising if they look to add to their roster. One of their top needs is another impactful wide receiver. Because of this, they are being connected to a top trade candidate on the Cleveland Browns.

In a recent article for Bleacher Report, Kristopher Knox named the Eagles a potential landing spot for Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy. "A 1,200-yard receiver and a Pro Bowler in 2024, Jeudy should interest receiver-needy teams, as should his 2026 base salary of $1.5 million," Knox wrote. "Potential Suitors: Kansas City Chiefs, Philadelphia Eagles." Seeing the Eagles be named a potential suitor for Jeudy is understandable.

They need another wide receiver to boost their roster, and bringing in a player like Jeudy would provide them with just that. Jeudy has appeared in four games this season with the Browns, where he has five receptions and 62 receiving yards. This was after he had two touchdowns, 50 receptions, and 602 receiving yards in 2025.

Yet, when noting that Jeudy had 1,229 receiving yards and four touchdowns just back in 2024 with the Browns, he certainly could heat back on a team like the Eagles. Thus, it will be intriguing to see if they pursue him from here.
