Avengers: Doomsday is almost here. A new clip shows off Channing Tatum's Gambit teaming up with an unexpected ally.

Avengers: Doomsday is almost here, and fans are seeing more and more of it in the lead up to its December release, including a recent clip of Steve Rogers wielding Mjolnir. The newest look at Marvel's next blockbuster isn't a trailer for the film, but rather a teaser for Marvel's collaboration with Dunkin' starring Gambit and HERBIE, the Fantastic Four's robot helper. Channing Tatum's Gambit, introduced to the MCU in Deadpool & Wolverine, munches on some Munchkin donut holes while HERBIE essentially explains the movie's plot.

Using two Munchkins, the little bot demonstrates how worlds are smashing together in an Incursion, a phenomenon when two realities collide, destroying one or both. Incursions typically happen due to multiversal travel or messing with other timelines and realities, something that's defined the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe saga in movies like Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Spider-Man: No Way Home. Not to glean too much from a Dunkin' promo, but it is interesting to see Gambit at the New Avengers' home base.

Trailers for Doomsday so far have shown him fighting in the X-Mansion, and a popular fan theory is that the beginning of the film will show the complete destruction of the Fox X-Men universe. But if Gambit is enjoying coffee and donuts in the Avengers tower, maybe the writing isn't on the wall just yet. After all, Marvel is known for its trailer trickery.

The first Avengers movie in seven years will unite old MCU favorites like Chris Evans' Steve Rogers, newcomers like the Fantastic Four, and old hats from the Fox movies like Patrick Stewart's Charles Xavier for the explosive film. Avengers: Doomsday will be released in theaters Dec. 18.
