The incident occurred around 4 p.m. in the Marble Hill neighborhood on Thursday, police said in a post to X, adding that their officers were not involved. "The NYPD is not involved at all," a police spokesman told Newsweek, referring additional inquiries to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials.
