Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has missed each of the last three games after suffering an ankle injury in Week 4. The Ravens are 1-2 over that span with Tyler Huntley at the helm, dropping each of their last two games against the division-rival Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals. Jackson was able to notch limited practice participation leading up to this past Sunday's Week 7 loss to the Bengals, but he was ultimately ruled out.

Now, the Ravens are gearing up for a highly-anticipated Week 8 matchup against the Buffalo Bills. On Tuesday, NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport confidently reported that Jackson will be on the field for this Week 8 clash. "I expect, based on the people that I've spoken with, that Lamar Jackson will play this week.

He will be on the field this week against the Buffalo Bills," Rapoport said. "I know we've been here before. This was a 2-3 week injury — he's through the third week.

He is believed to be as close to 100% as he has been and the Ravens do expect him to play." With Jackson off the field, the Ravens have dropped to last place in the AFC North standings with a 4-3 record. They'll look to get back in the win column in a difficult road matchup against the Bills this coming Sunday. Sunday's game will kick off at 1 p.m.

The Ravens then have a short week to prepare for a "Thursday Night Football" matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 9.
