US citizen injured after wrongly arrested by ICE in Illinois Bystander video of ICE agents forcibly arresting a US citizen in the Chicago suburb of Evanston, Illinois, has gone viral after federal officers mistook the man for a suspect they were seeking. The man was hospitalised with head and neck injuries. Police are investigating.
