I think we're extremely talented, and we're playing at home. It could be worse than 10. That's just my opinion," McCoy said on "The Stampede" from Austin, Texas.
However, Young took his prediction even further, suggesting a bigger win is coming for the Longhorns: "I think 17. I'll go 17." Their former head coach, Mack Brown, was also there, but said he believed it would be an "absolute dogfight and a defensive game" and predicted that Texas would defeat Ohio State, 27-24. These two teams met early last season on Aug. 30, but the Buckeyes hosted.
It was a closely contested game, which Ohio State won 14-7. Manning completed 17 of 30 passes for 170 yards, a touchdown, and one interception. Ohio State's Julian Sayin didn't play quite as well, completing 13 of 20 passes for 126 yards and a touchdown.
