The 49ers are dealing with plenty of injury woes, but it sounds like some of their stars won't be out for too long.

The San Francisco 49ers are dealing with plenty of injury woes nearly four weeks into the season. Ahead of the 49ers' Week 4 game versus the Denver Broncos, 10 players were listed on the Wednesday injury report, including stars like wide receiver Mike Evans, defensive lineman Nick Bosa and tackle Trent Williams. San Francisco general manager John Lynch provided some injury updates for the three stars listed above when speaking on the radio show KNBR on Thursday.

For Evans, who was carted off the field with a rib injury on Sunday during the 36–30 win over the Arizona Cardinals, his designation for Sunday's game is still up in the air. There's still a chance he'll play, though. "He is old school in his mindset.

He doesn’t want to miss," Lynch continued. "We will always do what is right for our player, but Mike is going to make every attempt to try to play, and we’ll see where that goes. It’s still Thursday, and a couple more days before we kick off.

He’s dealing with that, and we’ll see if he can get there by Sunday.” Bosa is expected to miss a few weeks after injuring his calf last week during practice. The 49ers didn't put Bosa on the injured reserve list because of a lack of reserve spots, if that tells you what kind of position the team is in right now. He didn't play in the Week 3 contest versus the Cardinals, and Lynch said it's "unlikely" for the defensive star to play in Week 4.

He’s working diligently," Lynch said. "I mean, it was just like a week ago today when [his injury] happened. And so, he’s worked really hard, and he’ll likely be out this week, and then we’ll go from there.

And we’ll look forward to the time when we have Nick back. "I think he’s working through it, and when he’s right, we’ll have him back out there. I’m not trying to be vague.
